Nikki Ennis is our Head chef and Manager of our Central Kitchen and Catering division since August 2022.
She is passionate about cooking with great quality fresh ingredients to create dishes that are delicious and healthy.
Nikki has had the opportunity to fill many roles in the hospitality industry since graduating from Christina Martin School of Cooking in 1990. She has been a head chef, pastry chef, catering manager, taught at a Cooking school and run a successful catering company for ten years. Some of her memorable employers have been Mount Grace Country Hotel, By Word of Mouth, Game Valley Lodge and the Good Food Studio.
As part of the Berliner team, Nikki and her team produce a large range of convenient frozen ready made meals, soups, pasta sauces and gravies that are found in each store in the freezer section.
Freshly made meals and pasta dishes are also found at the hot counters in each store.
The team also cater for private and corporate functions, spit braai’s, braai’s, buffet style meals, plated dinner parties and have a range of delicious canapé platters available to order from the Central Kitchen.
Her highly skilled team of chefs are available to come and cook at your venue to give your guests a memorable experience.
Catering is also available to collect from any of their stores; just order with Nikki, collect and reheat.
